Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

SECTION 1 – BUSINESS-ONLY SERVICE TERMS

Our products and services are offered exclusively to businesses, professional practices, organizations and other buyers acting primarily for commercial or professional purposes. By placing an order, you represent that you have authority to act for the named business or organization and that the purchase is made for business use. You may not use our services, website, systems or content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or transmit harmful code intended to damage, disrupt or misuse the website, checkout process, PDF conversion platform or service workflow.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to our website at any time, especially when fraud, misuse, abusive behavior, payment issues, illegal content, consumer use or unauthorized activity is suspected. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, redistribute, exploit or misuse any part of our website, service descriptions, product pages, digital content, software access or internal service process without written permission from us.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

SECTION 6 – REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Refund eligibility is handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy. Because our services are digital and service-based, refunds may be limited once access has been provided, a document or conversion request has been processed, configuration has started, usage has occurred or the ordered service has been completed. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your business and order information so we can review the situation fairly and provide support where appropriate.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND BUSINESS INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate company, billing, contact and order information for all purchases made through this website. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order if the information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious, fraudulent or inconsistent with our business-only eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that the work email address and company details provided at checkout are correct so we can send order updates, access details, digital output or support messages when needed.

SECTION 8 – SERVICE DELIVERY

All services are delivered electronically after payment has been successfully processed. Delivery may include SaaS access, document conversion capabilities, digital files, output links, workflow information, onboarding guidance or another service result provided by email, secure link, online account or an agreed electronic method. No physical product is shipped. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the package, file size and condition, processing complexity, requested outputs and information supplied by the business customer. Delivery is considered complete once the purchased access, service result or order output has been provided electronically.

SECTION 9 – BUSINESS CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, lawful document files and any information reasonably needed to deliver the service. You confirm that your business owns or has the legal right, permission and lawful basis to submit every document, text, table, image, logo, trademark, record, personal-data element or other material that you provide. You are responsible for reviewing formatting, content, completeness, readability, filenames and other output before using converted documents in operational, contractual, compliance, financial, customer-facing or other business activity.

SECTION 10 – REVISIONS AND SCOPE

Each package includes the features, limits and services described on its product or pricing page. Requests outside the original scope, additional document preparation, higher volume, new output requirements, complex manual corrections, new integrations, major workflow changes or extra onboarding may require a separate order or additional fee. We may decline requests that are unrelated to the purchased package, technically impossible, unclear, prohibited or outside the agreed scope.

SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use or provide access to third-party document-processing tools, file libraries, cloud hosting, storage, checkout systems, payment processors, communication tools, analytics or other external services. These tools are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control all third-party services and are not responsible for issues caused by external platforms, providers, integrations or payment processors.

SECTION 12 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, payment pages or external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, policies or practices of third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is done at your own discretion.

SECTION 13 – USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, reviews, messages, examples, business documents or other submissions, you allow us to use that information to provide support, process your order, improve our services, respond to your request or improve our website and service workflow. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, harmful, misleading, infringing, confidential-without-authorization or malicious content. You are responsible for ensuring that any text, files, records, media or materials you send do not violate the rights of another party.

SECTION 14 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect and use personal information to process business orders, provide digital access or output, operate PDF conversion features, communicate with you, prevent fraud, improve the website and comply with legal, tax, security or operational requirements.

SECTION 15 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to service descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, delivery timelines, package details or order information. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel orders or change details at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 16 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using this website, our services or our systems for personal consumer purposes, unlawful activity, violation of intellectual property, document or privacy rights, processing illegal or harmful content, harassment, false or misleading submissions, malicious code, unauthorized collection or use of personal information, spam, interference with security, credential abuse or misuse of our checkout, forms, content, platform access or service process. A violation may result in termination of access to our services.

SECTION 17 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website, services, document-processing features or digital delivery process will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or suitable for every specific business purpose. Output quality can be affected by source-file structure, embedded fonts, layout complexity, tables, images, metadata, password protection, unsupported elements, formatting differences and destination-format limitations. Outputs must be reviewed before important use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, business opportunities, productivity, records, document value, publication performance or other expected outcomes.

SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrevCore LLC, its owners, team members, contractors, partners and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of the website or services, your submitted files or data, or your violation of any third-party rights.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will still be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining sections will continue to remain valid and enforceable.

SECTION 20 – TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions remain effective unless terminated by either you or us. We may terminate or restrict your access to the website or services if we believe that you have violated these terms. Termination does not affect obligations, payments, liabilities or responsibilities that existed before the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Delivery Policy and any other policies posted on this website, represent the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and our digital services.
